My Workout Classes

  1. My Boot Camp Class: We call ourselves MMBC
    ( Mormon Mommy Boot Camp) It's a fitness boot camp that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. My fitness boot camp is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. We meet 3 times a week. I also run a Step Aerobic program in my home 4 days a week. It's a 45-60 min session with steps, music, and strength training designed to work more specific muscles in your body while burning a lot of calories. We love to sweat it out!!
